MANIFill Flow V
MANIFill Flow V
The light-curing MANIFill Flow composites – easy handling thanks to the different types of viscosity. MANIFill Flow-V 77% filler content combines both excellent flowability and high viscosity. It is a highly radiopaque composite for precise and minimally invasive restorations.

Product Characteristics
- Easy and comfortable application
- No dripping – easy and highly accurate application
- Excellent physical properties: >12316 MPa
- Naturally aesthetic restorations
Indications
- Fissure sealing
- Correction of enamel defects
- Class V fillings
- Blocking out undercuts
- Minimally invasive fillings of classes I, II, and III
- Minor shape and color corrections to tooth enamel

Step by Step
Cleaning the tooth structure
- Clean with fluoride-free polishing paste.
Cavity preparation
- Prepare the tooth structure gently, chamfer the enamel margins in the anterior region, do not chamfer in the posterior region. Clean cavity with water spray and dry. Drying required, rubber dam recommended.
Pulp protection/underfilling
- Use calcium hydroxide preparation for very deep cavities
Proximal contact design
- Apply and fix transparent matrix.
Adhesive system
- Etching and bonding according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Composite Application
- Syringes: Attach application cannula, Apply material in max. 2 mm layers directly into the cavity, avoid air bubbles.
- Compules: Insert the compule into the dispenser, add material slowly and evenly into the cavity, max. layer thickness 2 mm.
Curing
- Cure each layer for 40 seconds with polymerization device, hold light guide close to the surface.
Finishing
- Finish and polish immediately after polymerization, remove early contacts and unwanted articulation lines.
